One large customer was using paper and spreadsheets to track supply chain inventory, product status and delivered components creating a broken picture and disconnected data. Working with the customer, MOBIA hosted collaborative workshops to come up with a custom solution. Kaban models were introduced to organize flows. A MVP was implemented and additional agile sprints were held to iterate on the MVP and modify features based on user feedback and data analytics.
