MOBIA Wine Club - September 2022

MOBIA invites you to join an ongoing series of Sommelier-led Wine Tastings featuring MOBIA thought leadership.

Each quarter, our Sommelier will provide tips for tasting like a pro and finding great value yet delicious wines. They will select two wines to feature during the presentation and participants will receive both bottles before each presentation. 

The next MOBIA Wine Club will be held on Thursday, September 29. It will be a 75min presentation lead by MOBIA Office of the CTO (OCTO) member, Jeff Kelly on The Shifting Role of IT Operations in a Containerized World. Learn about the role of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation not only in the deployment of containerized environments but as central skill for on going operations both on prem and in the cloud. Jeff will focus not only on the new tooling and services required to operate containerized infrastructure, but also the shift in IT operations skills required to support management of a new breed of dynamic transitory workloads  vs. managing traditional static systems manually.
